NALCO is inviting online applications from bright and dedicated engineering graduates for the position of Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in various engineering disciplines.

Educational Qualification:
Full-time B.E. / B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
Minimum 65% marks in aggregate (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
GATE 2025 Requirement: Candidates must have appeared for GATE 2025 in the corresponding paper of their engineering discipline.
Age Limit (as of 22.01.2026): * Maximum: 30 Years.
Relaxations: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PwBD candidates.
Training Period (1 Year): During the training, GETs will receive a basic pay of ₹40,000/- per month in the pay scale of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000.
On Confirmation: After successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as Engineers in the pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000.
Annual CTC: Approximately ₹12 Lakhs to ₹15 Lakhs (including DA, HRA, Perks, and other allowances).
GATE 2025 Score: Initial shortlisting is done based on the valid GATE 2025 marks.
Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview to assess their technical and behavioral competencies.
Final Selection: Prepared with a weightage of 90% for GATE 2025 marks and 10% for the Personal Interview.

For the NALCO GET Recruitment 2026, candidates shortlisted based on their GATE 2025 scores must undergo a mandatory document verification process at the time of the personal interview. Incomplete or incorrect documentation will lead to immediate disqualification.

Conversion Certificate: If your university uses CGPA/OGPA, you must present an official certificate or document outlining the conversion formula to percentage.
Category & Reservation Certificates (If Applicable):
Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL): Must be in the prescribed Government of India format.
OBC-NCL Certificate: Must be issued in the current financial year (2025-26) and clearly state the non-creamy layer status.
EWS Certificate: Income & Assets Certificate valid for the year 2025-26.
Disability Certificate (PwBD): Minimum 40% disability certificate issued by a competent medical authority in the prescribed format.
