The vacancies are spread across various technical and administrative departments:

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification (Min. 60% Marks):

  • Technical MTs: First Class B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg) in the relevant discipline.

  • MT (Finance): Pass in Final Examination of CA or ICWA from ICAI/ICMAI.

  • MT (HR/Business Dev): First Class MBA / MSW / PG Diploma in relevant specialization (2-year duration).

• Age Limit (as of 29.12.2025): * Maximum 27 years for General/EWS.

  • Relaxations: OBC (3 years), SC/ST (5 years), PwBD (10 years) as per Govt. rules.

Salary & Emoluments

• During Training: Candidates will be placed in the pay scale of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 as Management Trainees.

• On Completion of Training: Absorbed as Assistant Managers.

• Annual CTC: Approximately ₹15.55 Lakhs Per Annum (including basic pay, DA, HRA, and various perks/allowances).

Selection Process

1. Written Test (CBT): 150 Objective questions.

   • Part I: 100 questions on Subject/Discipline knowledge.

   • Part II: 50 questions on General Aptitude (Reasoning, English, Quant).

2. Interview: Candidates are shortlisted for interview in a 1:7 ratio based on CBT merit.

3. Final Weightage: 85% for Written Test and 15% for Interview.
