💰 Salary & Emoluments

Compensation is highly competitive and provided as a consolidated monthly amount:

• Grade C (Level 3): ₹3,10,000 – ₹4,10,000 per month.

• Grade D (Level 4): ₹4,30,000 – ₹5,10,000 per month.

• Grade E (Level 5): ₹4,80,000 – ₹6,00,000 per month.

• Note: The initial remuneration will be negotiated based on qualifications and experience.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria (as of 01.12.2025)

• Educational Qualification: Varies by post. Generally requires Masters/BE/B.Tech in relevant fields (Statistics, IT, Economics, CS, Finance) or specialized certifications (CA, CFA, CISA).

• Work Experience: Significant professional experience is mandatory, ranging from 3 to 15 years depending on the seniority of the post.

• Age Limit:

  • Grade C: 25–45 years (varies by post)

  • Grade D: 35–45 years

  • Grade E: 40–62 years

• Nationality: Must be a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan.

📜 Terms of Appointment

• Nature: Full-time contract basis.

• Tenure: Initial period of 3 years, extendable by up to 2 more years.

• Place of Posting: Generally Mumbai, though the Bank reserves the right to post at any of its centers in India.
